Working With Workfile Exceptions

View and print a list of documents that have monetary exceptions using this feature. This screen allows you to mark one or more exceptions as Reviewed. Links in the Document Name column allow you to open the document. Options include previewing and printing the Exception report. Exceptions that have not been marked as reviewed will prevent you from closing the repair order.

To view the workfile Exceptions screen

  1. Open the repair order workfile.
  2. Select the Performance tab.
  3. Select Exceptions from the Views panel.
